Your heart is your most important muscle. I will get you fit with a range of cardiovascular training including cardio-boxing, running, and high-intensity interval training. 

If you don't like running, don't worry. I'll build up your fitness steadily and keep it fun so you don't suffer too much!


Physical strength is very underestimated in our modern society. The stronger you are, the healthier you are. You will be able to do more for longer, stay independent into old age, burn more body-fat, prevent a whole range of injuries and ailments such as lower back pain, the list is endless. 

I will help you get stronger and gain muscle with a range of resistance exercises involving body-weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and ankle-weights.


Nutrition is the key to your health and fitness. All my clients receive detailed and ongoing nutrition advice throughout the time you train with me.

About Dom

Hi, I'm Dominic Londesborough (everyone calls me Dom), a personal trainer in London with over 14 years experience. I've had a lifelong interest in exercise and nutrition, and have had several personal trainers myself before I qualified. My step-mum was a dietitian, so I started learning the principles of good nutrition from the age of 5. When you hire me, you'll find me to be knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, and focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Over the years I have helped a number of morbidly obese clients achieve serious weight-loss. It is not only possible but far preferable to lose weight healthily rather than resort to extreme measures such as bariatric surgery or crash diets. I have a strong track-record of helping obese clients get fit and healthy.

At the other end of the spectrum, if you're underweight and want to build yourself up, I can help with this too. The challenge is to build muscle without putting on excess fat. Hire me and I will show you how.

Personal Training

Sessions can either be prepaid at £600.00 for 10 sessions, or on a pay as you go basis at £70.00 per session. Each session is one hour. Protein is vital for growth and repair of your body's tissues, including muscle-growth and a vast range of structures and functions in your body.

I will advise you on the best sources of protein for your needs, including how much to eat and when.

Essential Fats

Some of the best sources of protein also contain the best sources of essential fats. Foods like salmon, eggs, nuts and seeds supply you with both high quality protein and the essential fats you need for optimum health.

If you are a vegetarian or vegan, I will advise you on the best sources of protein and essential fats.

Fruit & Vegetables

My rule of thumb is to eat more vegetables than fruit, and I'll explain this in more detail when we meet up. Fruit and vegetables supply you with the vitamins and minerals essential to your health, together with the fibre you need for healthy bowel function and lowering 'bad cholesterol'.


Carbohydrates are the cause of more heated debate and confusion than any other aspect of nutrition. My view is that not all carbs are bad, just the 'junk' carbs. 

I will guide you through the carb minefield and advise you on which carbs are best for your particular needs.

Everyone reacts to carbohydrates differently, some are carb-intolerant, others less so. I will take into account your individual food tolerances when we sit down together and create a nutrition plan that's right for you.
